For over a decade, I worked as a story analyst and script reader, evaluating thousands of screenplays, pilots, and treatments for studios, production companies, and independent producers. Most notably, I spent years at Alcon Entertainment, where I provided detailed coverage to help guide development and acquisition decisions.

Whether it was a spec script from a first-time writer or a rewrite from an A-list talent, my job was to assess story structure, character, tone, and commercial potential, quickly and clearly. That experience sharpened my instincts for what makes a script work (or not) and deeply informed my own writing in film and television.
