As a writer and producer, I’ve helped shape multiple award-winning podcasts that combine immersive storytelling with rigorous research and sharp cultural insight. My work spans investigative nonfiction, scripted documentary, and longform narrative, always aiming to make complex systems feel human, urgent, and alive.
Most recently, I developed a season of The Master Plan with The Lever, a multi-part investigative series tracing the roots of climate disinformation and political sabotage. From scientific whistleblowers to fossil fuel executives, I conducted wide-ranging interviews, shaped the series arc and episode structure, and crafted scripts that brought institutional failure into personal focus.
Prior to that, I wrote and produced Death at the Wing and Death on the Lot with Adam McKay, Jody Avirgan, and Hyperobject Industries for Sony Music. These shows explored the intersections of pop culture, politics, and American history, using individual stories to unpack broader truths. Death on the Lot won a Gold Signal Award for Best History Podcast. Death at the Wing was nominated for Best Script Writing (Nonfiction) at the Ambie Awards and was praised by The Guardian, The New Yorker, and Vulture for its writing and depth.
Across these series, I’ve interviewed a wide range of guests, including director Ron Howard, blacklisted actress Lee Grant, actor and activist James Cromwell, psychologist Dr. Laurie Santos, NBA champion and civil rights advocate Craig Hodges, climate leader Gus Speth, ESPN journalist Zach Lowe, and cultural critic Dr. Todd Boyd. Each conversation was shaped by months of research, deep archival digging, and careful narrative construction.
For me, podcasting is a tool for cultural archaeology. It's a way to uncover the hidden truths shaping our world, often hiding in plain sight.
